2. You can uninstall the program from windows controlpanel "modify/uninstall" icon.
3. You can key in your lisense key from Diskshop popdown menu.
4. To use the helpfile you must have Acrobat reader installed, (link from our webpage).
5. All buttons in diskshop are equipped with a little help text, in many cases it will be enouft.
6. You monitor must have a min. of 1024 x 768 pix resolution to view proberly.However you can resize the program as needed until some limits.
7. The 5 sec. startup splash screen, will disappear for lisensed users only !.
8 If you decide to uninstall ?, - then when you are asked, click yes to "keep all files" or "keep". Do Uninstall Shared Files !.
9. You must have admin rights to uninstall programs !.
10. Diskshop uses functions supported in microsoft internet explorer (iexplorer.exe).You will need this program for prober operation.
11. As Diskshop uses the same favorit fileformat as microsoft (*.Url), - you can Import your existing favorites to diskshop.

14. If you are promted for *.jpg files that can not be uninstalled (If you uninstall), - dont worry ! just click ok, we have moved these files before uninstall.
15. Do not, please, edit any files in the ...\diskshop folder !, the program will not respond proberly then...
16. Filtering with dates are based on windows regional settings ! Diskshop date/clock settings must correspond to these settings for overall correct view !.
Diskshop┤s 12 hour clock (AM/PM) are locked to dateformat mm-dd-yy and 24 hour clock are locked to dd-mm-yy.
17. The first time DiskShop are starting up it will detect the time format and automatically adjust the date/time format to 12- (AM/PM) or 24 hour clock.
18. From version 2.6 build 1600/1 we advice uninstall of previous versions before install og newer ones. Folder ...\DiskShop must be empty as well.
19. If you decide to uninstall ?, then please prepare uninstall from inside diskshop using the settings menu "prepare uninstall" item. This will clean your system.
20. If any problems !, then please send us the Diskshop.log file located in the program install folder (proberly ...Program files\diskshop\).
